PRODUCT DETAILS
1.Internationally famous brand PLC control, HMI touch screen interface, can realize manual and automatic control.
2.Automatic identification of coated glass and Low-E glass. Air knives automatic adjustment according to the thickness of glass.
3.The third and fourth sections are double beams to avoid wheel tract. Essential equipment for system doors and Windows at home decoration and large insulating glass.
4.The fifth and sixth sections are designed with double plate surface to realize the inner and outer sealing of oversized insulating glass and automatic filling of the inner plate.
5.Panel pressure adjust automatically, integrated with assembling, pressing and gas filling, ensure pressing effect.
6.Automatic intelligent thickness measuring device, measuring glass thickness, aluminum strip width, can be intelligently connected with the sealing robot .
