1.Suitable for glass processing enterprises with disordered sizes and specifications, realizing fully automatic glass selection and matching, reducing production labor intensity, saving manpower, and improving production efficiency.
2.Built-in industrial computer, using Windows operating system interface, simple and convenient operation.
3.The servo control system adopts world-famous brands, with stable performance.
4.The synchronous belt drove by a servo motor realizes glass conveying, with stable conveying and accurate positioning.
5.The key components are made of special materials, ensuring stable and reliable operation and long service life.
6.The servo system automatically completes the measurement of glass length and width, with accurate measurement.
7.Optional:
1) Automatic code reader: intelligent identification of QR code;
2) Handheld code scanning gun: manual scanning of QR code work orders;
3)Label printer: Identify and code glass orders based on their length and width.
8.Intelligent connection with ERP system, real-time monitoring of order progress, and automatic alarm for missing and wrong pieces.
9.The storage segment contains 120 grids, which can store up to 240 pieces of glass, intelligently select and record glass information within the grid.
10.Suitable for limited space which is unable to connect the whole intelligent line, sorting and storing glass after tempering，can be flexibly connected to ERP MES.
